Amazon · Brands and sellers across Spain
Your next step depends on what you need to resolve
Starting to sell, addressing an issue, improving a listing and understanding costs are different tasks. Choose your situation to see what we can review, how we can work with you and what you will receive.

What do you need to resolve on Amazon?
Start with your situation. Each option leads to a specific scope of work; you do not need to know the names of the tools.
01 · Prepare to start
I want to start selling
You want to bring your products to Amazon, but you are unsure what you need or what to do first.
What we review
Your product, market, available documents, costs and account status. We check what is missing before planning a catalogue or advertising.
How we can help
We organise the preparation of Seller Central, materials and initial products within the agreed scope. Amazon is responsible for verification and approval.
What you will receive
A preparation checklist, assigned tasks and a phased plan to start with a defined catalogue.
Seller Central is where sellers manage their accounts and products. You do not need active campaigns to request an initial review.
02 · Review a restriction
I cannot publish a listing or have a restriction
An account or product issue is holding up your work and you need to understand what Amazon requires.
What we review
The specific notice, its date, affected products and documents requested by the platform. We distinguish catalogue issues from account restrictions.
How we can help
We review the issue and help prepare the information and a response or action plan where appropriate. We do not use the same generic response for every notice.
What you will receive
A list of evidence and outstanding tasks, a proposed response and follow-up defined in the proposal.
Amazon determines the decision and timing. We do not guarantee account reinstatement or the removal of a restriction, and we do not need your password to assess whether we can help.
03 · Improve a listing
I receive visits but few orders
Your product receives visits, but you are unsure whether the listing answers buyers’ needs.
What we review
Available visits and orders data, availability, offer, images, title, content and purchase questions. We do not blame a photo without reviewing the context.
How we can help
We prioritise improvements to the product listing: useful information, structure, relevant searches, images and clear product variations.
What you will receive
An audit of the agreed listings, proposed content and materials, included changes and subsequent review points.
For example, if you sell a cover, checking dimensions and compatibility may be more useful than adding another decorative image. This is not a measured client result.
04 · Develop my brand
My brand looks like a generic product
You want buyers to understand your brand and the real differences between your products.
What we review
Brand rights and permissions, Brand Registry status, products and available materials. We check eligibility for tools before including them.
How we can help
We plan A+ Content, Brand Story and a Brand Store according to what the account supports. We only consider A+ Premium if the account is eligible.
What you will receive
A module structure, visual outline, materials and brand pages defined in the proposal, with responsibilities and reviews.
Brand Registry is Amazon’s brand enrolment programme; it does not itself replace legal trade mark registration. We review tools and requirements for each account.
05 · Review my advertising
I spend on ads but do not know what they deliver
You are spending on advertising but are unsure which searches or products to prioritise.
What we review
Campaigns, available search queries, attributed sales, availability and costs. We distinguish advertising reports from the business’s actual margin.
How we can help
We review targeting, searches, budgets and materials. We consider Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, display or video according to the account, market and objective.
What you will receive
A review of ad spend, prioritised adjustments and a testing and follow-up plan for the agreed campaigns.
Before expanding advertising, we also review the offer and listing. Fees for our work, ad spend and Amazon charges are identified separately.
06 · Understand costs and operations
I am selling but my priorities are unclear
Orders are growing or spread across channels, but it is difficult to know which products have a margin and which tasks to tackle first.
What we review
Product costs, fees, advertising, shipping, returns and stock data you can provide. We identify missing data before drawing conclusions.
How we can help
We organise cost analysis and catalogue priorities. We coordinate stock, FBA or external logistics tasks when included, with the necessary data and people available.
What you will receive
A worksheet covering available costs and a priority plan by product or operation, with data limitations clearly stated.
Higher revenue does not guarantee higher profit. This operational support is not presented as certified accounting or an integration already available with every warehouse.
07 · Work with a co-pilot
I want someone to work alongside me
You prefer to understand what you are doing, ask questions live and make progress with support for everyday tasks.
What we review
Your experience, obstacles, tasks and the objective of each session. We agree who carries out the work, which permissions are needed and what to prepare beforehand.
How we can help
We can guide you by video call and screen sharing or collaborate as an authorised user in Seller Central. Recording is optional and agreed with participants.
What you will receive
Depending on the service: a session, a summary of decisions, tasks and materials shared in your SVP Pro standard workspace.
An initial conversation to assess the project and a paid working session have different scopes. We agree duration, availability and deliverables before starting.
From diagnosis to specific work
Catalogue and listing review
We review the pages displaying your products: the listings. We check titles, descriptions, images and the questions buyers need answered. We agree which products to work on and which materials are needed.
Advertising for your products
We review your ads, the searches they appear for and their costs in relation to recorded sales. We also consider the margin remaining after costs when that information is available. We agree the objective and budget before starting.
Work plan and follow-up
We prepare improvements in priority order. The proposal explains which listings or campaigns we will work on, the changes you will receive and how we will review data with you. It also clarifies the tasks requiring your participation.
How we get started
- We get to know your business. You tell us what you sell, the markets you work in and the problem you want to resolve.
- We review your starting point. We review products, their pages and existing ads using the data you can safely provide. This helps identify what to improve and which information is missing.
- We prepare a proposal. We agree the included work, the materials you need to provide, responsibilities and the follow-up process before starting.
An example: visits without orders
Suppose a listing receives visits, but buyers cannot find dimensions or tell whether the product suits them. We first review data, availability and the offer. If listing information is the priority issue, we can prepare a gallery and content answering those questions.
Situation
Dimensions and compatibility are missing; the data does not support attributing the whole issue to images.
Decision
Define what buyers need to know and prioritise materials explaining it.
Deliverable
A listing and gallery outline, a list of changes and a subsequent review using the available data.
An explanatory example, not a client case or a growth forecast.
Experience in eCommerce from Girona
SVP Formats combines digital services with its own online selling experience. We work from Girona with businesses and brands across Spain. If your project also has its own shop, we can review how Amazon fits into your strategy for eCommerce.
Before you hire us
Do I need to be selling already?
We can assess businesses already selling and brands considering the channel. The proposal will depend on your catalogue, resources and account status.
Is ad spend included?
These are separate costs. Before starting, the proposal identifies our fees, the advertising budget and Amazon charges. We do not present them as a single fee covering everything.
Can you guarantee sales or rankings?
We do not guarantee a ranking or sales volume. We define objectives and measure progress in light of the market, competition and business data.
What information do you need to prepare a proposal?
Tell us which products you have, where you sell or want to sell and the problem you need to resolve. If your products are already on Amazon, you can share their links. We do not need account passwords at the first contact.
Brand Registry and its requirements · Amazon advertising formats
For reviews, we work with genuine feedback and native requests to eligible buyers; we consider Amazon Vine where appropriate. We do not buy ratings or guarantee the removal of legitimate negative reviews. See Amazon’s review tools.

A gallery of issues we can review
Missing dimensions and compatibility
An issue worth reviewing.
Explain dimensions and actual use.
Benefits without visual support
An issue worth reviewing.
Connect each image to a buyer’s question.
Variations that are hard to distinguish
An issue worth reviewing.
Distinguish variations without misleading promises.
The diagnosis depends on your business, the data and the agreed scope. A visual improvement alone does not guarantee more sales or higher rankings.
What is included and how we organise it
A plan for your brand’s current stage
Starting to sell, addressing an issue and improving an active catalogue are different tasks. We identify the priority and agree what we can resolve with you.
- A review of the account, brand, catalogue and operations, with the necessary access.
- A plan by product, market and deliverable: listings, images, content, advertising or follow-up.
- Cost and margin analysis using available data, distinguishing our fees, ad spend and Amazon charges.
What determines the budget
Products and variations, countries, account status, available materials and the duration of support all affect the scope.
How we agree timescales
We define phases and dependencies for each account and catalogue. Verification, moderation and tool eligibility depend on Amazon.
How to compare proposals
Work on one listing is not the same as managing an entire account. We compare the number of products, markets, content, advertising, operations and follow-up to quote for equivalent work.
